Everyone here is kind, attenative, accommodating and most importantly knowledgeable. The entire team works well together to assist with recovery. Despite the high rating, Innovative Therapy apparently is not for everyone. I had to stop and switch to practice because after each session here either the pain is more or new pain was created.For example, I just recovered from subluxations on my spine from chiropractor treatment, and during the 4th session at Innovative Therapy , my upper spine was pressed hard on to “ test” something ( and nothing was found!) and boom, the pain comes back again. Great, now I have to go to more chiropractic sessions to fix it again. I told them from the beginning about my spine condition and chiropractic care, but apparently they did not pay attention at all. No place better than Innovative! Sylvia, Kanika, Aditi, Julie, Isaac are the most attentive, caring people! The Front desk will try very hard to accommodate you whenever possible.
